REFUND POLICY

Refunds will only be returned in STORE CREDIT only. Shipping costs will NOT be included in the refund. 

To begin the refund process, please send an email to contact@five-vices.com and include the order #, specific product(s) you'd like to return, and the reason for the return. Further instructions will be provided. 

Refunds may be issued within 14 days of receiving the order. After the 14 days, Five Vices cannot issue a refund. Customer's are responsible for the payment of the return shipping. 

To be eligible for a refund, your items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the same packaging.

Once we have received and completed an inspection of the items, Five Vices will email you a notification regarding the return. If a refund is approved, we will issue store credit to your account. 

 

SALE ITEMS

All sale items are final sale. No refunds or exchanges.

 

EXCHANGES

Five Vices does not offer exchanges. If your order is eligible for a refund, store credit will be issued to your account and you may place a new order. 

 

SHIPPING

Both domestic and international shipping will be processed through USPS. Domestic shipping will take 2-5 days and international shipping 7-10 days for you to receive your order.
